Don’t know where to start? I start with a planning meeting. Planning meetings are to discuss where and who you are, where you want to go, and the barriers you are currently facing that are blocking you from achieving your goals. This is where you get to know me and I get to know you.
Based on our planning meeting, I will develop a plan of action to work together to accomplish your goals. This is personalized and tailored directly to the goals you want to accomplish. Learn to be a better leader by connecting with your employees without becoming too involved. Learn how to act at networking events to attract new clients and close the sale. Learn to grow in you.
This is the exciting stage! Implement the skills and techniques we discuss at events, in the office, and throughout the day. Watch as people respond positively, the way you want them to. Watch your communication skills and company culture grow as you grow.
The continued phase. After training meetings, I follow up with you to get your feedback on events and people in your office. We work through different scenarios to create the results you want, even after the training.
