Simple questions with seemingly complex answers. I work with you to develop, communicate, and project the answers you want without being fake or feeling like an imposter. Every person has an area they need help developing to move to the next level in their company, launch their first company, or continually project the leader role they desire within their company.

Individualized Planning

Don’t know where to start? I start with a planning meeting. Planning meetings are to discuss where and who you are, where you want to go, and the barriers you are currently facing that are blocking you from achieving your goals. This is where you get to know me and I get to know you.

Personalized Creation

Based on our planning meeting, I will develop a plan of action to work together to accomplish your goals. This is personalized and tailored directly to the goals you want to accomplish. Learn to be a better leader by connecting with your employees without becoming too involved. Learn how to act at networking events to attract new clients and close the sale. Learn to grow in you.

Implementation

This is the exciting stage! Implement the skills and techniques we discuss at events, in the office, and throughout the day. Watch as people respond positively, the way you want them to. Watch your communication skills and company culture grow as you grow.

Follow-Up

The continued phase. After training meetings, I follow up with you to get your feedback on events and people in your office. We work through different scenarios to create the results you want, even after the training.

Individualized Personal Consulting

You know you want to improve and you have many areas you want to focus on! From communication to leadership to nonverbal communication, we focus on all these areas as they relate directly to where you are at in your career and personal life. Want to develop a company culture, delve into business policies, or learn how to teach communication at work? This is the path for you.

Group Communication Seminars

I offer Group Communication Seminars for individuals looking to improve themselves that prefer to learn from others or experience training in a group setting. These are usually set rates and fees with meetings occurring once or twice monthly. These trainings are open to anyone to join and are offered for various levels of communication and career expertise. Individual Training Subjects

Improving in one of these areas on a one-on-one basis. We develop a plan of action in this area to move you to the next level. These are a few examples of subjects that I have taught. Subjects include a series of 3-4 meetings with follow-up. If you want to focus on a subject that is not listed below, please contact me and we can tailor something specifically for you.

Becoming a Successful Leader

Are your employees responding to you in the way you want? Do your employees talk to you openly about their life and work or are you wondering what they are thinking? In this training we focus on the leader you want to become and develop a plan to successfully become that leader. You will reduce employee turnover and increase employee morale in this training.

Correctly Read and Use Nonverbal Communication

Do you know what the other person is actually thinking? Learn to use and read nonverbal communication to discover what the other person is really thinking. Nonverbal communication uses body language, tone, stance, and even dress to project an image that other people react to, but might not even be aware of.

New Business Start-Up

What motivates you? How do you create sales? Where do you even start? As a new business owner, you need a plan of action and a set of personal motivators to keep you going when you might be met with stress. Learn the potential stresses of being a new business owner, how to manage customers and employees (if you have them) and even where to start with your marketing. (This package may be customized to include marketing consulting as well.)

Goals...How to Accomplish Your Dreams

Understanding how goals work with the Law of Attraction to set attainable goals that continually motivate you. The more you understand about your goals and how to actively and successfully set goals, the more goals you will set and attain in a year. And the more successful you will be!
